Well done Ann :0) DALKEITH & DISTRICT ANNUAL DANCE Event taking place on Saturday 26 November in the Miners Club, . Check with Deano if you want a seat on the bus. ACCOMMODATION RULES On the Rallies which require Hotel/B&B bookings and you indicate that you would like accommodation, a non-refundable (as this is usually paid to the Hotel/B&B on booking) £10 deposit must be paid. The full balance for the accommodation must be paid a least 2 weeks before the date of the Rally. If you cancel your accommodation before the 2 week cut off date, then there is usually no other money to be paid, but if you cancel your accommodation within that 2 weeks, you will be liable for the full amount for the room because the Club will be liable to pay the full amount to the Hotel/B&B. If you can find someone else to take your accommodation and they pay in full before we leave, then your money will be reimbursed (minus the £10 deposit usually).
